THIXOTROPIC SOLVENT FREE EPOXY ADHESIVE. (1:1 MIX RATIO)

Urochem 311 is a general purpose, thixotropic, solvent free, two-part epoxy adhesive with a mix ratio of 1:1.

No priming is required

• As a general-purpose adhesive for most materials, excluding certain plastics and stainless steel.

• As a filler where it may be bodied with fine materials such as wood flour, silica sand or talc, to match the material being filled.

• As a grouting medium for fixing dowels and/or bolts horizontally into concrete.

• Mix on a flat clean surface, such as a board or plate.

• Mix ratio 1:1.

• Prepare equal parts of base and activator and place on cleaned mixing surface.

• Using a paint scraper or flat mixing blade, mix the two components until completely homogeneous. Should a filler be required, it should be added after thorough mixing of the base and activator.

• Use immediately after mixing.

• As with all epoxy systems, surface preparation is of prime importance. • All surfaces that are to be bonded must be clean, sound, and dry,free of any foreign matter and contamination.

• Smooth surfaces should be roughened by an appropriate method.

• Note that when in doubt, a small test area is recommended to check adhesion.

Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided by wearing protective clothing including safety goggles, gloves, and overalls. In case of eye contact flush well with clean water and obtain medical advice. Please consult the Health and Safety Data Sheet.

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Urochem 901 as the cured material is very difficult to remove

Apply with trowel, spatula, or putty knife.
