EPOXY SPECIALISED PRIMER

Urochem 107 is a two-part moisture tolerant primer that has a long open time and offers improved adhesion to substrates with minimal oil contamination.

• Mix the base and activator together thoroughly. Brush or roller apply a thin coat of primer and allow to dry.

• If not overcoated within three hours, reprime.

• Its main application is as a primer coat for use with Urochem polyurethane and epoxy compounds where the substrate is damp or has mild oil contamination.

Clean brushes after use with Urochem 901

• Ensure all surfaces to be primed are clean, sound, and free of standing water. Laitance or surface contamination should be removed by thorough wire brushing, surface grinding or grit blasting.

• Vacuum or blow with compressed air to ensure thorough removal of dirt.

• Contains organic solvents

• Flammable.

• Do not use in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and the absence of any ignition source. Wear protective clothing. In case of eye contact wash well with water and obtain medical advice.
