EPOXY ENAMEL PAINT

Urochem 306 is a high gloss twin pack epoxy enamel paint which provides a tough chemical resistant easily cleaned surface, which once cured, is non-toxic.

The product is mixed as supplied with a lowspeed mixer and a flat paddle until streak free and homogeneous. The product is then poured into paint trays and applied by roller or brush.

• Prime steel with Urochem 617 Zinc Rich Primer.

• Prime concrete with Urochem 307 clear.

• Urochem 306 is used as a surface coating for floors, concrete surfaces, machinery, pipes, ablution blocks, hospitals, schools etc.

• The product should be applied by experienced personnel only.

• All surfaces to be clean, sound, and dry and free of loose material. Remove dust, laitance, and oils from the substrate before coating commences.

• Prime if required to achieve a smooth finish.

Contains organic solvents. Flammable. Do not use in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and the absence of any ignition source. Contact with the skin should be avoided by wearing gloves, eye protection and protective clothing. In case of eye contact wash well and obtain medical advice. Use only in well ventilated areas.

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Urochem 901 as the cured material is very difficult to remove.
